This is a very offensive build and is generally used when solo laning. I like to use this build for even duo laning since the harass and last hitting potential is still very powerful even in a non solo lane. I don't like the pure support build since having low level of power shot gimps you a lot early on and hurts your pushing and anti pushing skill. Remenber for your shackle shot to have full duration it needs to "latch" on to something behind the intended target, such as a creep, another enemy hero or a tree. Furion has great synergy with your Shackle Shot ability since the trees that surround a enemy hero works with that skill. It takes practice to learn how to use the spell but in no time you'll be able to Shackle Shot + Power Shot like a boss. Her Windrun is very nice skill to evade hero attacks and run away, so use it when you are being attacked or pursed by an enemy hero. Windrun can also used to chase a enemy hero and slow them as well. You get Focus Fire later since it's not very useful against other heroes and only useful against towers early. The ultimate is more useful when you have a disabler or slow to put the intended target in one place.
I like getting two Mantle of Intelligence because it increases you starting mana pool which allows you to use more Power Shots and increase your mana regeneration but a little bit. If you don't feel you need another Clarity then get a Iron Branch instead.
Boots of Speed gives you the move speed that you need, and should be on the first items you get.
Null Talisman replaces your Mantle of Intelligence and gives you a boost in mana and stats that you will need early on.
Ring of Basilius is pretty cheap and gives you that armour and mana regeneration.
Magic Wand is useful item to have to survive ganks, and provides a cheap source of regeneration of health and mana.
Power Thread are very nice to have since it gives you that survivability early on since you don't have a big health pool.
Medallion of Courage is a very under used item, and it a great support item to get on her. It gives you armour and it lowers your enemies armour which will great to use on high armour heroes and tanky strength heroes. Also the mana regeneration is nice addition.
Urn of Shadows should get this if no ones else has this on your team. Good for staying on the battlefield longer for the heals and to use it on enemy heroes for that extra damage.
Perseverance gives that regeneration that you really need on a Windrunner. This is a great build up to Linken's Sphere if are planning on making it later to protect yourself against nuking single target spells or disables.
Mekansm is very good pick up if no ones else is getting it and going for a support Windrunner, when there are good carry already or have nukers.
Force Staff is fun item to get on her and is used to escape, save other heroes (when used right), and setup ganks by pushing the enemy heroes towards you. Great counter item to Clockwerk or Prophet.
Orchid Malevolence is very good on almost every semi carry in the game and gives her the attack speed boost, damage, intelligence and regeneration and a silence. Perfect item for a Windrunner and one of the best damage items for her.
Scythe of Vyse has a big boost in intelligence and regeneration, and has a disable. Very good if you are not going an offensive build and a more supportive one.
Linken's Sphere blocks a single target spell, and is a good survivability item and gives a big boost in regeneration as well.
Shiva's Guard is a very good supportive item and gives a minus attack speed aura and a aoe nuke that slows. Also makes Windrunner less squishy and adds more utility in her arsenal.
Aghanim's Scepter is only good after you get either Mjolinir, Santanic or Eye of Skadi, otherwise a totally fucking waste to be honest.
Monkey King Bar is probably the best damage item you can get, and gives you a mini stun and true strike (which makes you not miss, so good against anyone with evasion or Butterfly... like Windrunner )
ORB EFFECT ITEMS BELOW ONLY PICK ONE (but you can stack Skadi with lifesteal, so satanic works with Skadi)
Eye of Skadi is the item that I prefer out of the other orb effect items. I say it's one of the best item to get for semi carry heroes, especially an intelligence one. It has a huge stats boost and a slows on your auto attacks.
Mjollnir adds a shit load of attack speed and a chain lightening proc. One of the few heroes that can use this item effective and be useful, not too bad on Windrunner if you are carrying.
Satanic if you are carrying and want a life steal, and get a Helm of the Dominator as your core item.
Diffusal Blade should be only be picked up if you need to hard counter heroes like Omniknight. Mana drain is also very nice, but a very situational item to get.

Apparently Skadi is an Unique modifier (orb effect) item now....
